Laughter is psychology.

Everyone in korea knows the story of a good sister and a bad sister. 

 

Introducing a new story. Stepmom and Padjji were forced to fill the poison with the broken bottom and fill it with water. Stepmom and Padjji left the house excitedly. Kongji got worried. It was because the bottom of the jar could not be filled with water. Kongji was crying and sobbing. Then the toad appeared.

 

"Why are you crying so sadly?"

"Yeah, stepmom wants to fill that jar full of water."

"Don't worry, go out and have fun."

"Really, that's okay."

Kongji got excited and went outside.

She played for a while, and when it was time for her stepmom to return, she diligently came home. But she had no water in her poison. So she got mad at the toad. Toad looked at the angry Kongji for a while, then only blinked her eyes and spoke to her.

"The bottom of the jar is broken.."

 

Saying you're sorry three times melts iron, and laughter melts the thick ice in your heart. Furthermore, laughter brings joy to the heart, both for yourself and for others. Laughter is the basis of the best way to live, and it can cure all ailments in human relationships. That is the magic of a genuine smile that comes from your heart.

Laughter has a great effect yesterday, today and everywhere. A smile that gives a warm feeling relieves the tension that has built up deep in the heart. Laughter is like a blue traffic light. When you feel frustrated, laughter relieves tension and helps you cope with the frustration.

 

Many people who are psychologically withdrawn avoid the gaze of others. This is because people think that they are not good to them. So when other people's gazes come to you, they are afraid of meeting them, so they quickly look away. This behavior makes you feel lonely and depressed. But when you make eye contact with people, if you put a smile on your lips and even say a light greeting, the other person will also feel better and will have a smile on their face.

 

A small challenge like this changes you. You will be amazed at the fact that the psychology that has been withdrawn all of a sudden has changed into a psychology full of confidence. However, it is never easy to begin with. So I called it a challenge. A person who does not challenge himself cannot change himself. To change yourself, you have to challenge yourself.

 

Some people may think that it is a challenge to keep a smile on their lips and make eye contact with them, but the person who does this when they make eye contact with someone they see for the first time may think that it is less distant. You should stop thinking that people you see for the first time might look at you strangely. If you put a gentle smile on your lips, look into the eyes of someone you are seeing for the first time, and even say a light greeting, the other person will surely respond with a smile.

 

This is the power of laughter and the basic attitude to learn the psychology of understanding the mind. Psychology does not bring success. It just makes you want to be successful. It is very imporant to have the mind to succeed. If you don't have this self-confidence, you can't do social activities properly. A sense of defeat lurks in you that you are always sagging while others are living well. When this sense of defeat lurks in your heart, you will not be able to do anything properly.

 

To become a person who can always smile, you must first consider your own psychology. You can always smile because you can understand your own psychology and the psychology of others.
